Our fair and straightforward returns policy.
Standard Products
- 14-day return window from date of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Full refund processed within 5–7 working days
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility
Custom Design Products
- Custom items are non-refundable (made to order)
- Exception: defective products will be replaced or refunded
- Designs rejected during content review are fully refunded
